Return & Refund Policy

This Refund & Return Policy describes the conditions under which DarkBeacon accepts returns, issues refunds, and processes order cancellations. By placing an order with DarkBeacon, you agree to the terms outlined below.

This policy applies to purchases made through the official DarkBeacon website unless otherwise specified.

Order Cancellation

Orders Not Yet Shipped

Orders that have not yet been shipped may be canceled by contacting support@darkbeacon.ai. Once cancellation is confirmed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Orders Already Shipped

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. If you no longer wish to keep the item, you must follow the return process after delivery.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are products that are not yet in stock at the time of purchase.

  • Estimated shipping dates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
  • Delays may occur due to production, logistics, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Pre-orders may be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
  • Once a pre-order has shipped, it is subject to the standard return policy below.

Return Eligibility (Physical Products)

Eligible physical products may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery, as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking information.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, accessories, and materials must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law:

  • Digital or virtual products, including but not limited to virtual audio packs, downloadable content, and software-related digital goods (see our Warranty & Digital Products Policy for applicable exceptions)
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

Digital products are generally non-refundable once payment is completed, regardless of whether the content has been downloaded or accessed. However, limited exceptions may apply for verified technical defects or content usability issues in accordance with our Warranty & Digital Products Policy.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact support@darkbeacon.ai and provide:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Relevant photos or information, if applicable

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Non-quality-related returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Quality-related issues: If the return is due to a confirmed product defect or shipping damage, DarkBeacon will cover reasonable return shipping costs or offer an alternative solution at our discretion.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. DarkBeacon is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Returned items will be inspected after receipt. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days after inspection and issued to the original payment method.

The time required for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider. Shipping fees, customs duties, and handling charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Exchanges

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or alternative resolution where appropriate.

Refused, Undeliverable, or Unclaimed Shipments

If an order is returned to us due to refusal, failed delivery, or an unclaimed shipment, original shipping fees are non-refundable and additional return or reshipping fees may apply.

Orders Purchased Through Third-Party Platforms

DarkBeacon products may be sold through the official DarkBeacon website, official DarkBeacon stores on third-party marketplaces, or authorized resellers. For purchases made through third-party marketplaces or authorized sellers, return and refund requests are subject to the policies of the platform or seller where the purchase was made. Please contact the relevant platform or seller directly for assistance.

DarkBeacon reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting on this page.
