Shipping Coverage

DarkBeacon offers international shipping to multiple regions worldwide, including but not limited to North America, Europe, Japan, Russia, the Middle East, Latin America, and Southeast Asia. Shipping availability may vary depending on destination and local regulations.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
  • Processing time excludes pre-orders, backorders, public holidays, and peak seasons.
  • During high-volume periods, processing may take longer than usual.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via international tracked shipping services provided by DarkBeacon’s logistics partners.

  • Most shipments include a tracking number.
  • Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Shipping confirmation emails are typically sent within 1–2 business days after dispatch.
  • Tracking information may take time to update and may not reflect real-time status immediately.

You may track your order through:

  • The shipping confirmation email
  • Your account order history (if applicable)
  • The DarkBeacon Order Tracking page by entering your tracking number

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on destination, shipping method, and customs processing. All delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery timelines may be affected by factors including but not limited to:

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, shipping method, and order details.

  • Shipping fees vary by country or region.
  • Remote or hard-to-reach areas may incur additional surcharges.
  • Free shipping promotions may be available for eligible orders when applicable and will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Prices displayed on the DarkBeacon website do not include import duties, customs fees, VAT, or other taxes imposed by the destination country.
  • Customers are responsible for paying any applicable duties, taxes, or customs charges required for delivery.
  • DarkBeacon is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid duties, failed customs clearance, or recipient non-cooperation, DarkBeacon reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include partial refunds or no refund.

Address Changes & Order Cancellations

Before shipment: Customers may request address changes or order cancellations by contacting DarkBeacon Support as soon as possible. Such requests are subject to order status and are not guaranteed.

After shipment: Once an order has been shipped, address changes and order cancellations are generally not possible due to logistics constraints.

DarkBeacon is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Unsupported Delivery Addresses

DarkBeacon does not ship to the following address types:

  • PO Boxes
  • APO / FPO / DPO addresses
  • Military addresses
  • Any address that cannot accept international courier delivery

Orders placed with unsupported addresses may experience delivery failure. DarkBeacon is not responsible for resulting delays or losses.

Shipping Delays, Lost & Missing Shipments

Shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond DarkBeacon’s control, including customs inspections, carrier delays, weather conditions, or local restrictions. DarkBeacon is not liable for delays caused by logistics providers or customs authorities.

If you experience any of the following issues, please contact DarkBeacon Support within 7–14 days of the delivery status update:

  • Shipment significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window
  • Package marked as delivered but not received
  • Shipment appears lost in transit

Additional information may be required to assist with investigation. Resolution options depend on the outcome of the carrier’s investigation.

Digital Products

Digital products are not shipped physically. They are delivered electronically as specified on the product page after successful payment.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

Pre-order and backorder items are subject to separate shipping timelines, which will be clearly stated on the product page or at checkout. Estimated shipping dates may change due to production or logistics factors.
