The affiliate cookie duration is 30 days.
How often do payouts happen?
Payouts are processed monthly, provided your approved commission balance has reached the minimum payout threshold.

How do I get paid?

When will my application be reviewed?
Applications are reviewed manually. Most applications are reviewed within 2–3 business days, although timing may vary.
Do I need a website to join?
Not necessarily. We also welcome creators with relevant social channels, video platforms, communities, or other legitimate traffic sources.
Can I refer to my own purchases?
No. Self-referrals and attempts to earn commission on your own orders are not allowed.
Are commissions paid on refunded orders?
No. Orders that are refunded, cancelled, charged back, or deemed fraudulent do not qualify for commission.
Can the commission rate change in the future?
Yes. DarkBeacon may update commission rates, payout rules, or program terms at any time.
Can I run paid ads using DarkBeacon brand terms?
No. Affiliates may not bid on DarkBeacon trademarked terms or use branded paid search campaigns without written approval.
How does the sample reimbursement process work?
If you would like to create content with a DarkBeacon product before deeper collaboration, you may choose the sample purchase route:
Step 1: Purchase the DarkBeacon product you want to feature or recommend.
Step 2: Sign up for the DarkBeacon Affiliate Program.
Step 3: Once approved, you will receive your unique referral link.
Step 4: Share your referral link through your social media, blog, website, community, or other relevant channels. Please do not spam.
Step 5: If your referral link generates 3 valid completed orders, and those orders are not refunded, returned, cancelled, or charged back within 30 days, DarkBeacon will reimburse the original purchase amount of your sample product.
Please note that sample reimbursement applies to one approved sample purchase per creator, unless otherwise agreed by DarkBeacon.

Yes. If you would prefer to apply for a free sample, please contact marketing@darkbeacon.ai. Free sample requests are reviewed separately, subject to availability, and are not guaranteed.

These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions are provided by DARKBEACON H.K LIMITED. In these terms, “DarkBeacon,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to DARKBEACON H.K LIMITED.
By applying to or participating in the DarkBeacon Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:
1. Program Approval
All applications are subject to manual review. DarkBeacon reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
2. Commission
Approved affiliates earn 5% commission on qualified net sales generated through their affiliate link or approved coupon code.
3. Cookie Duration
Referrals are tracked with a 30-day cookie window.
4. Payouts
Payouts are made monthly via PayPal once the approved commission balance reaches $50.
5. Qualified Sales
Commissions apply only to completed, valid orders.
No commission will be paid on orders that are refunded, cancelled, charged back, fraudulent, self-referred, or otherwise deemed invalid.
6. Promotion Rules
Affiliates may promote DarkBeacon through approved websites, social media, video platforms, communities, and other legitimate channels.
Affiliates may not:
Bid on DarkBeacon brand terms in paid search without permission
Misrepresent DarkBeacon or its products
Use spam, fake traffic, misleading claims, or unauthorized coupon promotion
Promote DarkBeacon on unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate websites or channels
7. Brand Use
Affiliates may use DarkBeacon brand assets only for approved promotional purposes and may not present themselves as the official DarkBeacon brand.
8. Program Changes
DarkBeacon may update commission rates, payout terms, or program rules at any time without prior notice.
9. Account Suspension or Termination
DarkBeacon reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account that violates these terms or engages in abusive, misleading, or harmful promotion.
