This Warranty & Digital Products Policy (“Policy”) applies exclusively to physical products and digital products purchased directly through the official DarkBeacon website.
Physical Products Warranty
Warranty Coverage Period
DarkBeacon warrants that its branded physical products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal consumer use for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.
This warranty applies only when the product is used in accordance with the provided instructions and its intended purpose.
What This Warranty Covers
- Manufacturing defects
- Functional failures not caused by misuse or external factors
- Hardware malfunctions occurring under normal, intended use
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
- Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to cosmetic wear, surface scratches, discoloration, or aging of materials
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, improper installation, or use inconsistent with product instructions
- Damage caused by liquid exposure, fire, electrical surges, or external forces
- Damage resulting from unauthorized modification, repair, or disassembly
- Issues caused by third-party software, accessories, or peripherals
- Consumable components unless failure is due to a manufacturing defect
Normal Wear vs. Accidental or Intentional Damage
Normal wear and tear refers to natural degradation that occurs over time through ordinary use and is not covered by this warranty.
Accidental or intentional damage, including drops, spills, impacts, or improper handling, is not covered.
Non-Transferability of Warranty
This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser who purchased the product directly from the official DarkBeacon website.
Products that have been resold, transferred, or purchased second-hand are not eligible for warranty coverage. Proof of purchase may be required.
How to Request Warranty Service
To request warranty service, please contact DarkBeacon Customer Support at support@darkbeacon.ai and provide:
- Proof of purchase from the DarkBeacon website
- A detailed description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the issue, where applicable
DarkBeacon may request additional information, provide troubleshooting steps, or issue return instructions if inspection is required.
Upon verification of a covered defect, DarkBeacon will, at its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law, repair the product, replace the product, or issue a refund.
Shipping and Inspection
If inspection is required, customers must follow the instructions provided by DarkBeacon. Shipping responsibilities and costs may vary depending on region and warranty eligibility.
Digital Products Policy
Delivery and Access
- Digital products are delivered immediately after successful payment.
- Users are responsible for downloading and securely storing the content.
- Unless otherwise stated, digital products provide permanent access.
Refund Policy for Digital Products
Digital products are non-refundable once payment is completed, regardless of whether the content has been downloaded, except where:
- A verified technical defect prevents download or use and is not resolved within 48 hours
- The digital content is confirmed to be corrupted or unusable
- DarkBeacon determines that the product is materially defective and unusable
Supporting evidence such as screenshots or recordings may be required.
Refund Request Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of payment. After this period, only defect-related requests will be reviewed.
License and Usage Rights
Digital products are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Resale, redistribution, sharing, sublicensing, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.
Unless otherwise specified, digital products may be used on up to two devices per account. Abnormal usage patterns may result in account restrictions or suspension.
Force Majeure and Content Availability
DarkBeacon reserves the right to modify, restrict, or remove digital content due to legal, regulatory, or force majeure circumstances. Such actions do not automatically constitute grounds for a refund.
Third-Party Platforms
This Policy applies only to products purchased directly through the official DarkBeacon website.
For products purchased through third-party platforms or marketplaces, including but not limited to Amazon or AliExpress, return, refund, and after-sales service matters are primarily governed by the policies of the respective platforms.
DarkBeacon may, at its discretion, provide limited assistance where appropriate, but such assistance does not replace or override the applicable platform policies.
Regional Consumer Rights
This Policy provides specific legal rights. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this Policy limits rights that cannot be waived under law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DarkBeacon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. DarkBeacon’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
